The Enerlac journal, Volume IV, Number 2, December 2020 is available, an academic work carried out by The Latin American and Caribbean Energy Organization (OLACDE) that has the support of the Energy Academic Committee of the Universities Association Montevideo Group.
The objective of the Enerlac journal is to contribute to the dissemination of research results and scientific works of a technical nature in the energy sector in Latin America and the Caribbean, prepared by academics and researchers from institutions linked to the sector in the 27 member countries of the Organization.
In this edition you will find the following topics: Flat plate solar collectors in Uruguay; Analysis of energy efficiency in the production of electrical energy for the 50kW solar photovoltaic plant at the Cota Cota University Campus in Bolivia; Analysis of two types of sun protection in Uruguay; Thermal evaluation and effects of demand in a solar installation of a production process; Experimental study of the air permeability of buildings in Uruguay; Development of nickel-based catalysts for the production of synthetic natural gas; Waste from electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE); Contribution of the energy production chain to GHG emissions in Argentina; and, Towards energy justice in Mexico.
This academic work constitutes a means of communication specialized in the energy sector. It is aimed at the highest authorities, decision makers of government entities (ministers, advisers and officials), specialists, academics, energy policy makers and implementers.
