Among the key points of his presentation were:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strengthening regulatory frameworks and energy governance schemes that incorporate efficiency criteria from design through the operation of infrastructure.<br \/>\n\u2022 Implementing results-oriented fiscal and financial incentives, including mechanisms such as energy-savings rebates or preferential access to green financing.<br \/>\n\u2022 Generating sector-specific energy diagnostics and promoting replicable best practices in sustainable construction and urban development.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Investing in energy efficiency generates a tangible return: lower consumption, greater competitiveness and better-quality services.
