Representing the organization, Executive Secretary Andr\u00e9s Rebolledo spoke, presenting an updated energy outlook for Latin America and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n<p>During his presentation, Rebolledo emphasized the importance of understanding emerging trends as well as the structural challenges the region faces in advancing toward a just, inclusive, and sustainable energy transition.
